CJ CheilJedang is calling for global talents to join our HR Internship Program, starting June 2024 at our HQ located in Seoul, South Korea. 📍We are looking for students who:

• Are currently enrolled in or graduated from universities outside of South Korea

• Can commit to a full-time internship (the regular program is 8 weeks, but is flexible)

• Have valid passport and able to fly out abroad

📍Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Current enrollment or recent graduation from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration or a related field.

• Skills and Experience: Previous internship or project experience in HR, with a strong foundation in analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Cultural Competency: An enthusiasm for K-Food, K-Culture, and the ability to appreciate and navigate cultural nuances.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English required; proficiency in Korean or other languages is beneficial.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office or similar software for data management and analysis.
